Your First Game Before a game can begin, you and your opponent first must negotiate the terms of the game. When you join or start a game you will be faced with a couple of options. These options allow you and your opponent to claim the stakes of the game. This how it works:  • You will be asked whether you wish to play a single game or a match. • If playing a match, the length of the match and whether the Crawford rule will be used. • You and your opponent decide how much each point is worth. Suppose you both agreed on $4. This means the maximum you can win or lose is $16. • You can also decide if the game will include a doubling cube and, if so, whether you are playing Beavers. Click on the green checkmark to signal to your opponent that you have accepted the terms of the game. THAT’S IT!! Once both you and your opponent have agreed on the terms the game will commence and you can roll the dice and begin playing!!
